I eat there at least once every time in town. The service is a little slow, but at least you know it's going to be fresh. Growing up here my entire life, Tino's has been kind of a spring/summer/fall tradition for as long as I can remember. On top of that, they never hand out receipts to customers, making it impossible to check your order for mistakes. I've eaten a lot of sub-par Chinese food from a lot of places, and Hat's is the best. If I could afford it, I'd eat there every night.
