What a fantastic restaurant. The first time I visited this place, it was out of convenience since it was attached to the Days Inn where I was staying. But I've been back several times since. The food is amazing, and its presentation equals that of some of the more expensive restaurants in the area. The staff is excellent in regards to their service, and knowledge. This place will make you come back. Great for a quiet first date, or when you want to be assured a great meal. Been in Ottawa 8 months, and the Avalon Cafe has consistently been my best dining experience!
