Do not even try
We were on transit to Vancouver and was fancying a burger and tried this. The beef was smelly ! The burger classic was just the beef and some sauce nothing else. some salad was on the plate as a side dish. Will never go back there again.

Horrible experience
My wife and 9 month baby flew out of Toronto December 3rd in the AM. We decided to swing by this place for some quick breakfast. We seen 2 ladies behind the couter and decied to take a seat as i'm sure this place has servers. After 5 min of just sitting there I went up to the counter and asked the one lady if they were open. She replied "yes" and proceeded to walk away. I then asked the other lady if I ordered from the counter of just waited at my table. This lady clearly had no concept of the English language and just blankly stared at me. My wife and I went somewhere else. Never be going back there.

Food ok but customer service lacking
My husband and & visited this restaurant on many occasions and found it to be more than adequate. However, on our flight home to Halifax, about two weeks ago, we stopped in for lunch. We asked for coffee and the middle aged waitress used a great deal of words to tell us that she had to brew a new pot. We indicated that we could wait. We then ordered a very ordinary lunch consisting of hamburgers - one with cheese and one without. Pretty simple. When she came back with the burgers and left our table, we noticed that both came without cheese. Being gracious and not trying to cause a commotion, we went ahead and ate the burgers as is and would tell her about the "no cheese" before the bill arrived. Well, when the time arrived to make up the bill, my husband told her about the "no cheese". She was very defensive and said "why didn't you tell me right away", to which he answered, " just make the adjustment on the bill", to which she condescendingly replied, "I'll have to make this up out of my paycheque" and then my husband said, just go away and give us the bill. She yelled, going back to the kitchen, "don't talk to me that way" and of course, my husband replied "don't talk to a customer that way". With that, five customers got up and walked out of the restaurant.

If you are in Toronto airport and want adequate food with a defensive, arrogant waitress, just drop by for the customer lacking service.

Oh by the way, the bill was reduced to accomodate the food.

One of the best burgers anywhere!
Was absolutely floored by the fantastick food quality of this little gem, tucked away in the post security area of level 2 at terminal 1.

Stopped in for a quick bite while waiting for a transfer to Edmonton from Ottawa, and actually enjoyed one of the best meals of my trip.

My burger was well seasoned, with a large, lean patty, and generous quantities of cheese and bacon, and was nicely complemented by perfectly prepared crispy frenchfries, spicey dip, and a dill pickle wedge.

Even dessert was good, though we had to wolf it down to catch last call for our flight. Will definitely return at the next opportunity.
