This time, I had the pleasure of a cuisine worth making a trip solely for the meals itself. My spouse, friends and I, enjoyed excellent beef and seafood entrees (plats principal)with exceptional sauces and presentation. Lucien Leblanc, the proprietor and chef is an excellent host. Both entertaining and able to marry fine, reasonably price wines to his expertly cooked dishes. My wife and I are regulars at the Gueridon. The owner, Lucien, is charming, and he is an artist at the Gueridon table. My favourite is steak tartare, although it's not on the menu, or else the chateaubriand cooked in front of you; it's incedibly good. The ambience is very nice - a perfect place for a romantic dinner.
