I believe this was the first Vietnamese restaurant to open in Prince Albert; since then, several other restaurants have tried to replicate their food (one even stole their name!). It's better to go straight to the source, I say. The food at Saigon is authentic, which is why I don't mind paying an extra dollar for my meal. Its healthy; I bring my kids and my elderly parents all the time. The pizzas were delivered fast- within 30 mins(even though they were the wrong ones). When we called to explain we got someone elses pizza we were told that they would get them out as fast as they could(45 mins later) our pizzas arrived. The pizzas were hot and very good but the service is lacking.
